- Bright Matte – printed on Moab Entrada Bright White paper, it is a premium, 100% cotton fine art paper with a smooth, velvety surface and a neutral white tone.
- Art Metallic – printed on Photo Rag Metallic paper, a luxurious, fine art paper with a distinctive high-gloss, pearlescent finish.
- Premium Lustre - printed on Epson Photo Lustre paper, offering a traditional photo lab look with the advanced capabilities of digital Giclée printing.

Will my Framed Prints have wall mountings?
We have two options to choose from to mount your Framed Print on the wall: a sawtooth hanger or a wire hanger. You can also choose our tabletop easel option to display on a flat surface. Please note: Framed Prints 16x20" and larger can only accommodate our wire hanging option.
When will I receive my Framed Print after I order?
Our in-lab production time for Framed Prints is 5 days. Shipping times will vary based on which shipping options you chose. The “Shipping Time” section on this page (under the product description) gives you our best estimate of when you may expect your Framed Print. We will also email you when your order ships, as well.

Should I choose a Framed Print or Canvas Print?
While both excellent options, there are many differences between our Framed Print and Canvas Prints, namely that our Framed Prints are currently our only framing option. Your photos are printed on professional quality photo paper, mounted on foamcore and added to a real wood frame. With our Canvas Prints, your images are printed on museum grade cotton canvas which is stretched over a wood frame for Classic Canvas or a solid wood base for Premium Canvas.

Can I return my Framed Print if I'm not happy with it?

What are the dimensions of the frame?
The size of the frame, itself, will depend on the Framed Print size you choose and the Frame Style. But don't worry, we’ve done all the math for you! For ALL size dimension info for each Framed Print head to our Framed Print FAQ page (under section “Frame Dimensions").
What size will my photo be inside the frame with or without adding a mat?
Without mat, your actual Print size will be whichever size you choose above(for example, if you choose an 11x14" Framed Print). However, the visible Print size inside the frame is .5” less than your chosen Framed Print size. If you choose Single OR Double Mat, your print will be 3.5” less than your chosen Framed Print size on each side.
Here is the breakdown for an 11x14 Framed Print with a 1" frame:
- • Overall Frame Dimensions: 12.5x15.5"
- • Frame Width: 1"
- • Print size used with single OR double mat: 8x10"
- • Visible print size without mat: 10.5x13.5
- • Visible print size with single OR double mat: 7.5x9.5"
What is Frame glazing?
Your Framed Print will arrive with a protective, clear acrylic glazing panel, which blocks up to 92% of UV rays from reaching the print. Glazing is a clear acrylic panel placed inside the frame in front of your print.
Where is the best place to hang framed photos?
The best place to hang Framed Photo Prints is at eye level in areas where they’ll be seen often, such as above a sofa, bed, or entryway console.Check out our Wall Art Size guide to learn more.

The best frame colors for black and white photos are usually black, white, or natural wood. Black frames create a bold, classic look, white frames keep the style clean and modern, and wood adds warmth without overpowering the image.
