What are large volume orders? How are they shipped differently?
All large volume orders are automatically placed on hold while a freight shipping quote is calculated, based on the final weight and size of the package(s). After we have confirmed all shipping costs, a customer service agent will reach out via email for approval. Customers have two business days to respond or else the order will be voided and refunded.
