Any order received after 2 PM EST (on a given business day, Monday through Friday) is considered to have arrived on the following business day. Providing instructions with an order may add an additional day of in-lab time to your order. Special Instructions provided in an order must be reviewed by Customer Service. Order pick up is temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19.

Sometimes, your order may be broken into multiple shipments as we work to get things to you as efficiently as possible.

Okay, we’ll try not to take that personally... Anyway, all you have to do is Select DROP SHIP at checkout. Drop shipping gets rid of all of our branding and the pricing information on the package itself as well as the packaging slip. Instead, it says the package came “from” you! (Don’t worry: we’re good at keeping secrets.)
Please note: our Buzz Books all arrive with our logo. The same goes for our Holiday Cards, although it can be removed for $5.
Yep! But those orders require a custom shipping fee. Check in with our Customer Support team and they’ll get you a quote. Orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States do not qualify for free ground shipping.
What are large volume orders? How are they shipped differently?
Orders that exceed 40 cubic feet worth of products are not shipped via our standard shipping services and instead require freight shipping due to special handling. These large volume orders may extend production times and incur an increased shipping fee.
