Like many of you, we've been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. After learning that our printing lab qualified as an essential business in the State of Maryland, here are some the actions we've taken for the safety of our employees & customers:
- We've asked all members of our administrative team to work from home and our production team has modified its work schedule in order to decrease the exposure to outside communities.
- Throughout our facilities, we've increased the amount of hand-sanitizing and hand-washing stations.
- For Maryland customers, we've temporarily eliminated the option to pick up orders at the Lab.
- We're still available online and in the app for all of your printing needs! Plus, our Customer Service team is online and able to answer any questions about your orders.
For 16 years, we have played a part in keeping memories alive and bringing joy to people across the country through our printing. But, what if our printers could do more than printing photos? What if we could make a real difference? Right now, healthcare workers across the country are putting their lives at risk every day so we can get better. They are on the front line of this disease, and there is a massive shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) to keep them safe. In our four manufacturing facilities, we have a staff of 300 and a fleet of machinery that we can use to help those front line workers. So, our team is also producing face shields that healthcare workers can use for their protection.
