Customer Service Week is here! From October 6–10, 2025, we’re honoring the exceptional individuals who make Nations Photo Lab’s customer experience truly picture-perfect. Every conversation—whether through chat, phone, or email—is driven by the dedication, expertise, and care of our customer service team. This week, we celebrate their passion, acknowledge their impact, and thank you—our customers—for being the heart of everything we do.

Recognizing Our Leaders

Nations Photo Lab is fortunate to have experienced leaders like Soojin Kim, Customer Service Project Manager, who has dedicated many years to enhancing the customer experience. Her passion and expertise have driven numerous improvements that make ordering simpler and ensure your print orders are handled with the highest care.

 

Natalee Reyes, Chat Team Leader, and Ricky Der, Phone Team Leader, consistently support our team with training and coaching, ensuring customers always receive timely and accurate information.

Every day, they bring empathy, expertise, and enthusiasm to each conversation—helping customers feel confident about their projects.

 

I want to give a special shoutout to Tara Smith, who has been with Nations Photo Lab for many years and continues to bring passion and dedication to every customer interaction. In July and August 2025, Tara received a lot of recognition through customer reviews. Her experience helps guide customers and teammates, making her an invaluable part of our frontline team.

As a team, we sincerely thank our customers for their positive and constructive feedback. Because of your voices, we continually strive to provide the highest level of service in the photo print industry. Your feedback helps us celebrate our successes while keeping us focused on continuous improvement.

How We Serve You Best

Our customer experience is central to the Nations Photo Lab's mission. Every interaction humbles and motivates us to improve. Behind the scenes, our service team works with other departments to ensure your needs are heard and your suggestions lead to change.

To meet the needs of today’s photographers—many of whom create and order at all hours—we introduced our AI assistant, Pixel Pal, in summer 2024. This decision wasn’t made lightly. Before launching AI, we researched how photographers incorporate technology into their workflows. 

Pixel Pal can answer questions about your order status, direct you to your shipping links, and provide information about products and services. Our photo experts can assist with questions about creating your photo products on our various platforms or resolve concerns regarding received orders. 

We know nothing replaces the personalized support of our team, but Pixel Pal offers helpful resources 24/7, while our photo experts are available during business hours.

  • Customer Service Hours: Contact us Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST

  • Outside of hours: Pixel Pal, our AI assistant, is connected to our Help Center and is available through chat or email to guide you with self-service options.

  • Need an agent? In chat, select “speak to an agent,” and your inquiry will be escalated to our team during business hours.

  • Three ways to connect with chat: web-based click-to-chat, Apple Messages, and SMS (message/data rates may apply).
