Fulfillment Delays Due to COVID-19

Accurate in lab processing times can be found on each product page. All other products will be delayed due to new safety protocols and our face shield manufacturing. We are still accepting orders for all products, please contact Customer Service if you have any questions!

    I understand that orders other than prints, metal and mounted prints are being delayed but I would like to place an order and would like to know what the prices are. I am willing to wait but can’t find the other choices.

    Are gallery block considered mounted prints and therefore shipable?

  6. Would like to order wallet size prints for my graduate. Can you tell me the expected time for delivery?

    • Currently, because of shortened shifts and other measures to keep our employees safe and socially distanced from one another, our Prints have a Lab processing time of 5 days, plus your chosen shipping method.

  7. Are album 99 orders on hold?

  8. Are photo cubes (Cube Décor 4×4″) on hold? I ordered hoping they could be here for mothers day.

  9. Is framing currently on hold also?

  10. If you order a print with a frame, would that also be on hold?

  11. Are acrylic keychains, buttons, and magnets delayed?

    • Hi Alaina! Our current in-lab turnaround times are as follows: 3 business days for Keychains, 2 business days for Buttons, and 2 business days for Magnets.
