TURNAROUND TIMES
ExceptionsThe following circumstances may affect our standard processing time:
- High volume orders
- Orders that do not pass our quality control
- Custom orders
- Peak seasonal and holiday volumes
- Additionally, any order received after 2PM EST (on a business day) may not go into production until the following business day, and any order received on Friday after regular business hours, will be treated as an order received on Monday morning.
The following turnaround times refer to the time it will take your order to be processed and shipped out AFTER going into production. Please also factor in the “Estimated Shipping Times” with the turnaround times when estimating when your order will arrive- these shipping times can be found at the bottom of this page.
