The Lab: Terms & Conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee
Nations Photo Lab offers the highest standards of quality.  In the event that your package is damaged in transit, your order will be replaced in a timely manner.  We are not responsible for underexposed, blurry, or images of low quality that are submitted without attention to custom/color corrections through our No Color Corrections catalog.  It is the photographer’s responsibility to submit images that are suitable for printing.  Nations Photo Lab will do its best to monitor images that are uploaded and notify clients if their images are of low quality and not suitable for printing. However we will not be held responsible for low resolution images that are uploaded and not caught by our monitoring efforts.

Turnaround Time
We offer a 24-hour turnaround time of most orders from the time the order begins processing.  Orders requiring comprehensive work, including mounted prints, high volume prints, and prints that require retouching will extend the expected turnaround time.  Orders received on Friday, after regular business hours, will be treated as orders received on Monday morning.  We do not ship on the weekends. 

Customers must indicate if there is a specific deadline for delivery of their photo order.  The customer is responsible for conveying that information either in the “Special Instructions” section of the ROES program or by calling customer service at 800-315-0420, during regular business hours.

Also available is a 100% rush fee for same day service for all orders.  Even with a rush order, we may not be able to guarantee same day shipping.  In this case, you will not be charged a rush fee.  Make sure to make your request in a timely fashion so we can accommodate such a request in accordance with our daily production.
Nations Photo Lab is not responsible for delays by the shipping courier.  We will do our best to get your order delivered in a timely manner.  If you have shipping questions you may call Federal Express directly with your tracking number at 800-GO-FEDEX or you may call us toll free and we will take care of the matter for at 800-315-0420.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders that are submitted and subsequently printed before the client makes changes or cancels the order are responsible for that order.  We request that you submit an e-mail and call us immediately if changes need to be made or if the order needs to be cancelled.

Promotions
From time to time Nations Photo Lab will run promotional programs, these programs cannot be combined with any other offers.

Image Ownership and Copyrighter Doctrine
To protect the proprietary material of our clients, we make every effort to only produce images that are copyrighted and/or owned by said sender of images to Nations Photo Lab. Additionally, senders of images to Nations Photo Lab are agreeing to and approving said images are solely owned by him/her.  Nations Photo Lab takes every precaution to only print legal prints of images and has the right to refuse service and/or business to individuals or corporations that we feel are infringing upon someone else’s copyrighted property. Hours of Operation
Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM EST.  Additional hours and days may be added during the peak seasons as needed.

Shipping
Most orders will be shipped using Federal Express.  The following are costs* for shipping:
Ground - FREE on orders exceeding $50.00 / $7.00 on orders under $50.00
2nd Day Air -$15.00
Next Day Express - $30.00
Saturday or Special Express - $65.00
Saturday delivery can be obtained for domestic deliveries, please call 800-315-0420 to set up a domestic recipient.

Drop Shipments
The “Drop Shipments” option can be found in the ROES program during the “Review Order” stage.  We will ship your order directly to your client with no indication of our company on the shipping label, as well as no inclusion of an invoice.  Any of our Federal Express options can be selected for drop shipments. Standard drop shipments will be $7.00 on all orders.

Album Design Guidelines
1. All images will be used ($35 fee to add pages once design is sent).
2. Design includes one revision with four changes. Additional changes will be $3 each.
3. Design time is two weeks in addition to the print and bind turnaround time. This does not include revisions- they add additional time.
4. Design does not include any Photoshop work.  Additional Photoshop work fees will be estimated upon request. 
5. For any design that isn't approved after 3 months, there will be an additional $25 monthly fee until approval.

Customer Album Template Upload
To protect the original image design and quality, we do not provide color corrections on uploaded customer album template designs.

Email Notification System
Signing up for an account with Nations Photo Lab enrolls you into our promotional email notification system, where you will be notified of upcoming promotions, news and sales.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Color corrections are not provided when uploading your own album template design; the design may become compromised.
