What is imageQuix? Well, it is a full business solution for photographers and webhosting at its best. You can fully customize your products and services that you want to offer as well as the shopping basket that they are seen in, free of charge. Upload an event, proof it, direct your customers to your webhosted page, and watch the orders roll in. The best part of it all, Nations Photo Lab takes care of the fulfillment for you.
Plus, there are no strings attached. That’s right- NO monthly fees, contracts or time limits. Therefore events stay online as long as you want! Re-activate events at NO additional charge! With a pay-as-you-go system, once your images from the event are uploaded, you have two options. Choose Full Control if you would like to review all orders made by your customers first and have the ability to submit the orders to Nations Photo Lab yourself or Full Service, where the orders are directed straight to Nations Photo Lab and we take care of proofing, printing and shipping. The choice is yours!
Pricing System
Uploading your images is based on a pay-as-you-go credit system where different quantities and types of uploads determine the amount of credits that will fulfill your needs. Simply purchase upload credits in advance, upload, and credits are deducted from your account as you use them. Pricing and credit usage is BELOW:

*Unlimited images allows up to 3,000 images to be uploaded per event. For events with greater than 3,000 images, 1 credit will be used per additional thousand.
**Event grouping provides the option to create extra groups within an event. 1 credit is charged for every 16 groups with a minimum of 32.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
NPL’s imageQuix will require each individual lab order submitted to NPL to be a minimum of $3.00, plus the standard shipping cost of $7.00. Please be sure to calculate these totals when you are coming up with your customer pricing.

Hours of customer service operation are as follows: Monday–Friday: 8:30AM-11PM Saturday & Sunday: 10AM-4PM - ARE MY IMAGES PROTECTED?
Your images are protected! When using NPL's imageQuix, you can rest assured that your images will not be stolen or printed. You also have a password option to protect your event images. - HOW DO I KNOW WHO HAS LOOKED AT MY IMAGES?
NPL’s imageQuix records all visitors who take a look at your website, allowing you, the photographer, to conduct follow-ups with your customers. You can also be notified by e-mail every time someone views your site. Don’t worry- you’ll be in the loop of what’s going on! - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL CONTROL AND FULL SERVICE?
Full Control is when an order is submitted you are responsible for submitting the images to NPL. Full Service is when you upload the hi-res versions of your files and when orders come in, your customers credit cards are ran and imageQuix sends the hi-res images to NPL for printing. - WHO SETS PRICING FOR MY PRINTS?
You the photographer set all pricing for your images. You can create pricing packages within your pricesheets. - WHAT TYPE OF DIGITIAL FILES ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR UPLOAD?
JPGs and no proprietary TIF files are accepted.
