2. When is customer support available?
Customer support/service is available Monday through Friday 10AM – 6PM EST.
Additional hours and days may be added during peak seasons, as needed.
3. How do I know you received my order?
Shortly after you place your ROES order, you will receive a confirmation email with a ROES order number. This number can be found in the subject line of the email. In the event that an e-mail confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-507-5755 immediately, to ensure we have received your order.
4. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You may also wish to acces your acount online to track your order.
