Checking the Status of an Order

When signed into My Account, you are able to search for an order by date, ROES/WEB number, or work order number. Under the "Status" column, you will see one of the following updates of your order:

In Production- Your order is being produced and making its way through our lab.

Ready- Your order has been quality controlled and is making its way to our shipping department. (If you are a pick-up client, this means your order is ready for pick up!)

Complete- Your order has been invoiced and will be given a tracking number shortly.

Once an order has been invoiced and given a shipping label, a tracking number will appear and direct you to FedEx or USPS.

*USPS- "Shipping Label Created" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned at the local post office.

**FedEx- "Not found" means that a label was just created and hasnot yet registered with FedEx. "Shipment information sent to FedEx" means tracking will be updated once the package is scanned and picked up from our lab

Edit Profile/ Password

You are able to edit your name, phone number, email address and change your password under "Personal Info".

*Your NPL account number and cannot be modified

Billing and Payment Information

You are able to update your billing address and payment information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Because we charge the last card entered to your account, we highly recommend not adding a family member, friend or clients card to your account.

Shipping Address

Shipping address is your physical home or business address.

How Do I Access My Saved Projects?

Once signed into your account, you can access any of your Saved Projects by selecting "Saved Projects" from the "My Account" dropdown at the top right of your screen.
